Our Model-Cells

The last month I’ve sketched out the values of House of the Transfiguration. Here is our overall model for the church.

Once again, pictured here is a visual representation of our model (you can click on it to see it larger):

The next part of the model is Cells. These are our house groups. People will join in groups based on the neighborhood they live in. These groups will gather in someone’s house around a meal. Groups will be for community, accountability, and encouragement.

We believe that following Jesus is best done together. We need people who know us and who can call us on our stuff, who can encourage us to pursue justice, who can support us when we need it. We also need people who can walk with us, help us out, and let us know we are not alone.
